Once your backup is delivered, Momentum AMP offers no guarantee of data integrity once used by another Agency Management System (AMS) company for data conversion
Data conversion from one AMS to another is very rarely 100% accurate and may result in lost, duplicated, or misdirected data
We make every effort to export all data as accurately as possible
We will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure the most accurate data backup possible

Delivery & Download:

Your backup will be delivered via an email link
It is your responsibility to download your data within 30 days before the file is removed from our servers
After 30 days, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
